Payment and Shipping

Daily shipping, dispatched by us on your behalf, through DPD and Deutsche Post AG. Deliveries are made exclusively ex works at the expense of the orderer.

We ship with DHL and DPD. Unless explicitly requested, we choose the cheaper parcel service.

Shipping costs per shipment:

Within Germany per package - up to max. 31.5 kg: €8.50, plus VAT and any cash on delivery fee, or carriage paid already from €250 net value of goods. International shipments per package - up to max. 30kg (equivalent to about 300-600 pairs).

We ask you to wait for a separate advance invoice via email for prepayment orders. Only then can you see the final shipping costs. Do not transfer the amount from the order confirmation email.

Deliveries abroad:

We also deliver to the following countries. We will inform you of the exact shipping costs after receiving your order, as they depend greatly on weight and volume.

Please definitely refuse acceptance of damaged packages!

Minimum order value – also for sample shipments is €60 net. For orders under this amount, we have to charge a small quantity surcharge of €5.

Many hosiery products are, unless stated otherwise, bundled in packs of 2, 3, or 5. Please consider this when placing your order. As it is not always possible to stock the multitude of articles and motifs completely, we reserve the right to deliver the best possible replacement if not explicitly requested otherwise. - Offer subject to change - Subject to prior sale and partial delivery.

Please prepay all returns intended for exchange. For complaints, e.g., possible defects in the goods or incorrect deliveries caused by us, please report immediately. Credits for returns will be automatically deducted from the next invoice or transferred to your account.
